The Business Technology and Information Services (BT&IS) directorate is recruiting a Reporting and Assurance Analyst to join our Strategy, Architecture & Assurance team.
This is a key and diverse role for understanding and presenting in a consumable manner how we are delivering our initiatives and core services, and also understanding and coordinating the assurance activities & reporting that are expected to mitigate operational and project risk.
The position provides support to BT&IS by providing a variety of high quality reporting and assurance capabilities, which in turn supports and enables decision making.
In addition to reporting and assurance, the Analyst will also coordinate activity relating to the creation and/or maintenance of Policies that fall within the responsibility of BT&IS, and represent the directorate in policy definition and review forums as required. This will ensure that appropriate ICT Policies are in place to support the Ministry.
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
- You will be adept at managing your time to deliver a number of outputs to deadlines
- You will be have attention for detail, which will drive accurate information gathering and report creation
- Demonstrable experience in producing stakeholder reporting and dashboards, including a flair for creating reporting in a visual A3 format
- Experience working with and coordinating a variety of managers & subject matter experts to get the outcomes we need
- Be familiar with assurance and risks activities to a level which will enable you to manage & maintain risk registers
