Here is a new and exciting opportunity within our Business Technology and Information Services branch that will see you play in the innovation space and be at forefront of technology innovations for the Ministry!
The role will be responsible for the day to day coordination of specific Research Technology and Innovation validation and prototyping work. We are looking for someone who can provide effective engagement and management during validation and prototyping, collaborating and guiding candidates to support solution deliverables. Be responsible for developing, maintaining, and communicating innovation collateral.
The Coordinator will be a champion of innovation across MPI. It is expected that the successful individual will bring a high level of enthusiasm through their previous experience, and be given the space to create an environment where innovative thinking is embedding through workshops and that appropriate methodologies are adopted for the practice.
Your communications skills will need to be very strong with a demonstrated ability to influence across MPI Directorates whilst bringing people along on a journey. Your relationship and stakeholder management skills will be second to none, and above all you will be passionate about bringing ideas to life.
Key Requirements for this Role:
- Entrepreneurial attitude with experience of using Lean practices or similar approaches.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
