A permanent full-time opportunity has now opened up for an experienced Manager Development and Operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a highly skilled and dedicated team of technology professionals.
Based within the Business Technology and Information Services directorate, this is a challenging and busy role. You will be responsible for the development lifecycle, continuous maintenance and end user and technical support functions of the Ministry's business applications portfolio.
At this senior level you will be responsible for clear leadership and management to ensure that robust processes for communication, performance management, learning and development are effectively implemented.
As the ideal applicant you will have advanced knowledge of:
- Development and Operations methodologies
- Vendor management
- Contract management
- Identifying priority area for improvement
- Evaluating critical risks
