We are looking for an Executive Coordinator/Support Officer to provide administrative and secretarial support to a Regulation & Assurance Branch Director, management teams, and Regulation & Assurance staff as required.
You will be responsible the Director's daily schedule to ensure a seamless and clear flow of information and related commitments through effective diary, event and meeting management and the provision of effective personal assistance/ secretarial services.
You need to be agile, adaptable and quick to pick up things. We need you to have a can do attitude, be a team player, strong on systems and processes and able to cope with making changes on the fly.
This is a diverse role which will suit someone who takes pride in providing excellent support to busy people.
Your focus will be on the effective delivery of top-notch administrative and secretarial support. To be successful in this role you will need:
- Diary, email, event, and meeting management experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of administration and business support systems and processes
- Excellent customer focus, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Experience with facilitating system- and process- improvements
- Experience of records management systems
- Experience with data entry and reporting tools
