About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Business Accountant to join our Finance team here at the Ministry for Primary Industries in a fixed term role. The role provides proactive, relevant and integrated business and financial information and advice to customers.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting is desirable. You will be early in your finance career with good customer service skills and be working towards membership of professional accounting body such as the CA College of NZICA or equivalent.
This is a 2 year fixed term position, based at our offices in Wellington – handy to public transport.
