Are you interested in working with small and medium sized food businesses to help them understand what the relevant regulatory requirements are? Would you like to lead a team that spearheads meeting the needs of our exporters by adding real value to our information, advice, and processes? The team supports exporters by providing tailored advice, a range of self service options and by reducing time and effort for them.
This is a golden opportunity to explore the gap between our technical requirements and how export businesses gain knowledge and confidence to meet compliance needs, and support their growth aspirations.
In this role you will work closely with customers, internal and external stakeholders to develop, test and implement tools, channels and processes to support ease of business. This role will require a high degree of agility and innovation in managing the development, testing and implementation of new work systems and processes, along with taking responsibility for business leadership for the development of IT enabled tools and channels.
The successful candidate will bring strong leadership skills, an innovative and forward thinking way of doing things with a particular focus on ease of business for customers. You will have the ability to build strong relationships with a variety of people, be results focus and be able to work in a fast moving agile environment.
