Learning Designer - 18 month Fixed Term Opportunity

We're looking for an L&D professional who has advanced design skills to work closely with the subject matter experts in MPI and across the biosecurity sector to design and develop learning which enhances biosecurity outcomes. This position requires a collaborative working style and ability to work with a varied range of highly driven and dedicated subject matter experts. This is a fixed term position within a talented team of over 25 learning professionals.
Your role will include taking a greenfields approach to programme design, reviewing and evaluating content and resources, then using your creativity to propose new and exciting learning solutions and then working with the team to deliver the solution to meet milestone deadlines. You'll be a well organised and committed to achieving results. You'll also be someone who likes the challenge of working with learning to support operational staff.
