We are seeking an experienced Adviser or Senior Adviser to join our Research and Evaluation team for a one year fixed term/secondment. This role offers you the opportunity to develop your skills within a large and dynamic organisation.
About the Role
Working alongside staff and stakeholders, you'll help inform decision and provide assurance that our investments are delivering intended benefits, outcomes and value for money. You'll also provide guidance and advice on evaluation and market/social research. Part of the role will be to build evaluation and research culture and capabilities across MPI.
Skills and Experience
You will be skilled in the delivery of evaluation and ideally the delivery of end-to-end research, as well as contracting work to external providers. Other skills required include facilitation, scoping, writing briefs, design, project planning and management, reporting, and presentation.
An ability to manage multiple projects to agreed timelines is a must. Also essential to this role is the ability to coach staff in evaluation and research.
You'll be great at developing relationships with stakeholders, contractors and providers that contribute to building a culture of evaluation within the organisation.

Salary Range and Benefits
Salary range for this role is $82k - $107k depending on skills and experience.
