About the role
There's lots to do in this job. Your main focus will be providing administrative & logistical support to a range of Teams within the Regulation and Assurance Branch. This will include arranging meetings, sourcing rooms, taking minutes and responding to the changing needs of the business. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with various directorates across the branch and to backfill a range of roles.
You need to be agile, adaptable and quick to pick up things. We need you to have a can do attitude, be a team player, strong on systems and processes and able to cope with making changes on the fly. Being speedy in MS word is a given, being a whiz with a spreadsheet and tech savvy is a must.
You'll work with a great group of people, have an interesting workload and excellent development opportunities.
You will be part of our Regulation & Assurance Branch Administration & Registry Services Team. This team is busy, hardworking and relied on by the business.
