Job Description
We are looking for a permananet full time administrative superstar that enjoys a variety of tasks supporting a variety of people. You will be part of a great Business Support Administration Team that is highly supportive of each other, busy, hardworking and highly valued by the Business.
This is the opportunity to kick start your career in administration and business support and is a great role to progress into the PA/EA space in this large organisation.
There is a lot to do in this role. Your main focus will be providing administrative & logistical support to a range of teams within the Corporate Services Branch including event management (logistics and planning), brand management, onboarding and off boarding of staff, organising travel, support to the MPI Induction Programme, back-up minuting services as well as a variety of other tasks when required.
You will also provide backup to our executive support staff, so some diary management skills would be preferable, however you will receive training and development in this space.
As well as being a great team player, you will need to have:
- The confidence to be one of the front faces of the Business Admin Support Team
- Experience in administration support
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft computer programs – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Have confident prioritisation and time management skills
- Ability to work unsupervised while ensuring completion of required duties
- Ability to communicate across a job share environment to ensure workload is equitable and all tasks are completed.
