Team Lead Development and Operations – Business Technology and Information Services - Wellington
We currently have an important opportunity for 2 Team Leaders for our BTIS Development and Operations Team. These are a full time positions with 1 role based in Christchurch and 1 role based in Wellington providing you with an opportunity to step up to your next challenge in your career.
The purpose of this role is to lead a DevOps team with various skillsets that support applications and innovation inclusive of develop, release, support, solution options and change management. The team will provide analysis, advice, development and options that supports the administration and maintenance of systems and provides resources across teams and for Portfolio products and planning. You will need to be positive, adaptable, flexible and committed to fully supporting your team along the journey as we move into an agile working environment. As part of a team, you will collaborate throughout the software development life-cycle, in order to create business values with common goals which are aligned to BTIS and MPI strategies
You will have a customer centric approach, with a positive approach and attitude. You will follow set processes, manage and deliver on work priorities, and you will act in accordance with job related values, principles and standards.
You will be resilient and able to lead teams through changing circumstances to fully support them as we move along our journey to a new agile DevOps model and imbed it across all three sites in Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington.
To be successful in this role you will have:
