The Sector Partnerships and Programmes (SPP) Investment Analysis team supports the wider Investment Programmes directorate with finance, reporting, coordination and support services, and manages the directorate's programmatic pipeline and benefits tracking processes. The team also supports the Regional Economic Development directorate with specialist assessment of large or complex Provincial Growth Fund applications.
Based in the Investment Analysis team the Programmes Administrator will provide the day-to-day administrative processes necessary to ensure effective and efficient provision of the directorate's fund management function, contract documentation, systems and tools. You will also support new staff getting up to speed when they join the team.
Key skill / experience requirements:
- Manager, directorate and programme administrative support, including diary management and meeting logistics.
- Travel and accommodation bookings for external stakeholders.
- Facilitate directorate level contributions to weekly reports to Ministers.
- Documentation support, including information management, contract administration and formatting.
- Fund administrative support, including application/contract tracking and logistics, and management of fund mailboxes.
- On-boarding of new staff in coordination with the Planning and Support Services team.
- Support the identification of opportunities to improve programme systems and process.
The salary range for this role sits at GSR Band H : $47,549 - $61,534.
