TECHNICAL SYSTEMS ANALYST
Role type: Full time, Permanent
Location: Auckland MPI Centre
Salary band: $66,111 to $77,778 per annum. Dependent on skills and experience of the successful applicant.
Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role
As a Technical Systems Analyst you will cover the gamut of support, operations, and development, working directly with customers, vendors, stakeholders and developers to deliver great software. You'll add value by bridging the gap between technical detail and business outcomes.
Strong organisation and communication skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to be able to work closely and develop relationships with people both within the team and across the wider business. This is a role for a self-starter who enjoys working in a technical and detail-oriented role. In return we can offer you meaningful work with a leading, science focused Government Agency

We are looking for someone inquiring and analytical with an eye for innovation and improvement. You will need the following skills and experience to be successful:
- Experience supporting applications or business teams
- System administration and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple streams of work with a strong level of prioritisation
- Managing and maintaining documentation
- Ability write and interpret requirements and user stories
- Experience with the following would be advantageous; Acitivate and AzureDevOps
