Salary range $68,781 - $93,056 dependent on skills and experience
Kōrero mō te Tūranga - About the Role
We have an exciting and challenging role within the ACVM (Agricultural compounds, including veterinary medicines) team which is responsible for high quality governance support, performance and risk reporting, and official correspondence and ministerial support for New Zealand Food Safety.
In this role you will:
- Support the ACVM team in its reporting outputs, such as organisational performance, evidence-based reports and measures, provide data and analysis to inform performance monitoring, non-financial reporting, and act as a key coordination point for these activities.
- Work as part of a team responsible for a diverse range of outputs, you will have the opportunity to develop a broad portfolio of strategic skills and experience providing analysis, advice, and system improvement.
You will work with a wide range of staff and departments across the ACVM team, wider Assurance Directorate, New Zealand Food Safety and the Ministry for Primary Industries, and make your mark within this Directorate. It will give you insight into New Zealand's agricultural compound regulatory system and decision making, and the opportunity to work with the ACVM leadership team.

You will part of a tight knit team of professionals, passionate about protecting and growing NZ through regulation of agricultural and horticultural products. The team is 30 strong, with most staff working from Pastoral House in Wellington. We have a strong focus on professional development and team work, with diverse skills and experience.
