Support Officer – Policy and Trade
Location: Wellington
Role Type: Permanent Position
Salary: $57,559 - $76,464 based on skills and experience.

Kōrero mō te Tūranga – About the role
There's lots to do in this job. You will support the smooth running of the team's office by providing administration & logistical support, as well as secretariat services to support internal and external teams, committees, or panels. Booking meetings, domestic travel (via our travel agent), and goods receipting/coding finances are all part of our day to day. We need to be able to respond to the changing needs of the business.
Mōu – About you
You need to be agile, adaptable, and quick to pick things up, have a can-do attitude and be a team player. Being strong on systems and processes and able to cope with making changes on the fly is a must. Experience is preferred but if you have the right go getter attitude, we would love to hear from you. Perhaps you have a hospitality or retail background and are looking for an opportunity to get into the corporate world.
This role is about being able to build strong relationships all the way up to director level and can get along with all types of personalities.

Our Business Support team sits within the Policy & Trade Branch. We are busy, hardworking, and relied on in the business. Our focus is on providing a wide range of support and advice to staff, while contributing to a safe and positive working environment.
