- Manage invoicing, purchase orders, and finance-related reporting
- Organise and support courses and respond to queries about L&D offerings
- Be the contact for end-of-month reporting and finance admin
- Bring an approachable, friendly, and people-focused attitude

- Thrive in a busy environment with variety and meaningful work
You will occasionally support residential programmes which would include rare overnight stays with accommodation provided.

You thrive in a team environment and enjoy variety in your day, bringing a calm and proactive approach to everything you do.
You don't need a background in L&D just strong coordination skills, a love of admin, and confidence managing multiple priorities. You're digitally savvy, great with people, and enjoy making things run smoothly behind the scenes.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Confidence using digital tools and learning management systems
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
