Role type: Permanent, full-time
Location: Wellington
Salary band & range: General Salary Range F: $76,463 to $89,215 depending on skills and experience
About the Role - Kōrero mō te Tūranga
In this role you will provide advice across workforce planning, remuneration, employment agreements, employment legislation, employment relations, change management, and performance management. You'll build a strong generalist foundation in HR - variety and learning are guaranteed.
Our People Advisers are trusted advisers who support leaders with practical, people-focused HR solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold a relevant HR qualification or equivalant experience.
- Bring generalist HR experience from a complex organisation.
- Apply sound knowledge of employment legislation with confidence.
- Navigate collective agreements in operational settings with ease.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and conversation.
- Build trusted relationships across teams, leaders, and unions nationwide.
